News & Politics

On July 23rd the Toronto Centre Greens will be deciding who will be their candidate in the upcoming federal election. For this episode of Democracy365, we ran an in-studio nomination candidates debate between Annamie Paul & Adam Sommerfeld, moderated by host, Steven Hobé. It's all about getting to know the candidates, where they stand on certain issues; and how they, if chosen, would represent the Toronto Centre riding. You’ll also have a chance to meet the candidates on Wednesday, July 3rd at the Glad Day Bookshop from 7pm to 10pm. Glad Day is in the heart of the riding in the Church-Wellesley Village. We are delighted that they will host this opportunity for all residents to come out to learn more about our candidates and their vision for Toronto Centre. The nomination meeting will be held on the evening of Tuesday, July 23rd. Please keep your eyes peeled on social media for more details. This podcast is brought to you by the Toronto-Centre Greens.
