This is the final episode of Sound of Silence. For the last two and a half years I've had many ideas about how to mark the end of this project. Maybe I'd get a really famous guest on for the final episode. Or invite that random bloke on Twitter who said that this was a stupid idea on the day that I started the project. Or gather 100 people together at the House of St Barnabus for a mass recording of silence. However, in the end, various changes of mind or unfortunate circumstances meant that none of those ideas came to fruition. But as I stand here at dawn, on this beach, on the south coast of the UK, it is obvious to me how Sound of Silence should come to an end.
