He also wrote a book called, Podcast Blog & New Media Producer's LEGAL SURVIVAL GUIDE, and he runs a podcasting Facebook group called, Legit Podcast Pro. Get it HERE. We talk to Gordon about Entertainment law, film and TV production, his 12 years of podcasting, and a $15 million lawsuit that he worked with a client to fight. He gives some legal advice for new podcasters and talks about music licensing and copyright issues. He also tells us about when he was part of The Friars Club in LA and hanging out with big names, like Milton Berle.
