Roger talks about his tough start in life in a family with alcoholic and bipolar parents, finding odd jobs to keep his struggling situation afloat and how that gave him the drive to slowly build his real estate investing business.  He tells us  step-by-step, building his portfolio off his full-time jobs. He was able to quit his full-time W-2 job and invest full-time,  managing hundreds of doors while creating a profitable property management company that he’s since sold to concentrate on investing and charity work to pay it forward.
