Nishit is a full time analyst at HSBC, but on the side, he runs a wedding photography business. As anyone who has ever been to a wedding would understand, they are stressful, hard work and demand a lot of attention and time. Yet Nishit seems to balance work, the side hustle, being a father and husband and his duty to look after his parents with a level of grace and ease that definitely deserved recognition. Alongside work and running the business and with he support of his wife, he looks after his dad who suffered a stroke a few years back.
