We had Jorge on today to discuss Athlete Buy In -why the athlete has to be part of the plan Simplicity - Not over complicating the training process Professional responsibilities - Stewardship and Collaboration Confidence - know what you know and what you don't know Jorge is currently a private practitioner with nearly 25 of experience, based in Florida, where he has prepared athletes for sport at all levels. Before venturing out on his own he was an assistant strength coach and a graduate assistant coach at the collegiate level in the 90's
