Welcome to episode 13. This week, I'm sharing a piece that's particularly intimate for me as it touches on my vulnerabilities that I rarely let see the light of day. It's called, My Smile. Let's all take a moment to remind ourselves to be kind to each other 'cuz we just never know what the person beside you is going through. Even those you think are doing well or those you think you know so well, we all have a story to tell. Let's spend more time listening and empathizing rather than judging.
