We talk basketball with Vernon Carey Sr. and University of Memphis Graduate Assistant Coach Yoni Afework. Yoni was an Assistant Coach at Nova Southeastern University School for 2 years coaching players like Vernon Carey Jr. and Scottie Barnes and helping the team win two State Championships. Yoni will share some of his experiences working under Penny Hardaway and the rest of the staff at Memphis. Vern shares some of his football experience at University of Miami and with the Miami Dolphins, but he uses a lot of that knowledge to help his son progress in his basketball career as he's about to get drafted into the NBA.
