In this episode, Dietetics Next had the privilege of interviewing Barbara Kamp. Ms. Kamp is a registered dietitian, certified chef, assistant professor for the college of food innovation and technology at Johnson & Wales University, and a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist. Today, you will not only get to know the dietitian Barbara Kamp and her personal experiences in the field you will also have the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of the food service industry and bits of advice from the expert herself!
