On this week's episode, Nick Alberga is joined by former NHL blue liner Brent Sopel. The 42-year-old played over 700 games, suiting up for six different teams (VAN, NYI, LAK, CHI, ATL & MTL). He won the Stanley Cup in 2010 while with the Chicago Blackhawks. Now retired from the game, Sopel has recently launched the aptly named Brent Sopel Foundation aimed at helping to promote and raise funds for youth with dyslexia.
