In today’s episode I dive deep into a few topics outlining the importance of cash flow and avoiding the rat race. The rat race is dangerous for those who hate living from paycheck to paycheck. The reason is because you are so accustomed to spending a PERCENTAGE of your money instead of a set value every month. Every month you should have a set amount aside that goes towards your expenses. When your income rises, your expenses should remain the same UNLESS your expenses are going towards buying assets. Now, I know I’ve gone over assets & liabilities over and over but this episode is different because I dive into the mindset I once had with this narrative.
