David and Mark finish out their topic in dealing with the Church before going back to the study in the book of Genesis. In this episode, they close it out by talking about the bridge between God's plan in the old covenant with Israel, the Jewish people, and the new covenant including the Gentiles as the Church. Did the Church replace Israel, or is one more supreme than the other? What are the Church and the purpose of the Church? What is the purpose of the Holy Spirit? Is the organization of the Church (buildings, denominations, etc.) biblical or should we do away with it? Are we the body of Christ or the bride of Christ?
