Everyone is faced with a difficult decision from time to time, leaders tend to find themselves making these decisions frequently and as of late it seems the toughest of decisions are having to be made. How can we as leader successfully make tough decisions? And how can we deal with the backlash and criticism that inevitably comes with those decisions?
