Business With a Heart

Business

In this episode, I talk to Rebecka Koritz, founder of multiple alternative schools in Mexico, unschooling mom and educational activist who always represents the children’s perspective. Rebecka is driven by a vision of a society free from conflict and competition, where we can all learn to know ourselves and contribute with the unique gifts that we have to offer this world. Rebecka bases her work on the belief that children are fully capable individuals who can and want to guide their own development. Her educational centers are based on the principle of self-directed learning, and today, Rebecka has left the day-to-day running of those centers to provide content that supports a worldwide audience in becoming the parents that their children need for them to be.  We talk about the importance of taking on risk; what the challenging consequences can be of doing so; and how Rebecka has managed those. She also shares her best tips for getting people to embrace your vision and for building a strong community. We also get to take part of her thoughts on how to use communication to grow your business; and how to manage international teams and clients. If you want to know how to realize your BIG vision and how to build a social business that really makes an impact, then this episode is for you!
