But just to humor you all, let’s go a little bit more in-depth about some of the topics we dive into in this week’s episode.What is Bakkt?Bakkt is being touted as the tipping point to finally push institutional investors to jump into the market in a huge way. The Intercontinental Exchange, the company behind the New York Stock Exchange will start their open platform for trading and investing in digital assets, starting in December. ICE manages 23 exchanges around the world and is looking to bring Bitcoin investing to the masses. It brings a simple, regulated, way for institution and retail investors to buy, sell, and trade digital assets. Bakkt already has leads with Starbucks and Microsoft that are looking to improve digital payments. Will this make cryptos moon? Will it cause the price to crash even more? Hell if we know! What we DO know is that it is a very interesting discussion and love the outlook of the future.Where is my mind?We also talk about the overall mood of the crypto space thus far this year. The market has lost so many weak hands. So many people have been rekt. Some poor few even bought alt coins on credit and have now lost their entire savings. It’s a sad thing to see, but that is exactly why we ALWAYS say, only invest what you can afford to lose. The market was incredibly overvalued in the beginning of 2018, considering the amount of actual working products that were out there. We give our thoughts on where market sentiment stands today.Chat and chillLook, truth be told, we wanted to have fun on this episode.
