Coach Lala hangs out with Coach David Simoneaux of the Catholic High School Hornets of New Roads, Louisiana. In year 5 at CHSPC, Coach Simoneaux led the Hornets to a 1A State Runner-Up finish and received honors as the 1A Football Coach of the Year in Louisiana. In a little bit longer discussion than normal, the two friends relive stories from their days coaching together, discuss building a small-school program from the ground up, talk about processes for growing individually during these unprecedented times, and much more.
