The stark subconscious imagery of her accompanying film projections compliment both Jilann’s strong, haunting vocals and her poignant spoken word interludes, while the lush, prerecorded orchestration and waves of distant voices and sounds sweep through the night air and into the alleyways of old Montmartre.
