This is the first episode of the learning techniques series that I will be doing in the next few weeks. I recommend to this to university students, even high school students and any student for that matter. You will have better results and greater fulfilment if you know the 'why' behind what you're doing. It is more important to have meaning than just doing 'the thing.'
