Cold Case Study

True Crime

Between 1974&1975, the gay community of San Francisco, California was full of terror. 5 murdered and 3 assaulted by the same man, who was targeting white, gay men at nightclubs, bars, and restaurants where he would draw patrons on napkins to get their attention.  Police believed that they already had the right man in custody but couldn't prosecute because the surviving victims were afraid to testify for fear of being outed. Two sketches of the suspect exist, both of which will be posted on my Instagram with the case notes @ColdCaseStudy --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/coldcasestudy/support
