In this episode, I have the honor to interview Leslie M. Atley, CRA, HHC; a health and wellness expert with over 20 years of disease prevention experience. She is committed to supporting women on their journey to optimal living with focus on self-care and self-love. As the owner of Loving Me Always, LLC she offers international holistic (mind, body, and spirit) health coaching services and disease prevention trainings and workshops. The current initiative for Loving Me Always (LMA) focuses on the health disparity of heart disease in African American women. LMA's ideal clients look like Leslie, women of excellence who give to their families and communities, work relentlessly, passionately, and diligently.... But forgets to or feels guilty taking care of me first. LMA's slogan is Me First Everyday Unapologetically. Leslie is committed to informing, teaching, supporting, and shifting women to a place of knowing self-care is not selfish, it is necessary for a healthy heart. Leslie is a proud graduate, adjunct faculty and enrollment manager for Legacy Holistic Health Institute. She is also a research coordinator for the Rare Disease Institute at Children’s National in Washington, DC.  Leslie’s most recent accomplishment was becoming a first time published author.
