Create Like A Mother Podcast

Kids & Family

Hello, I’m Hillary Rubin and this is the 9th episode the Create Like A Mother Podcast.  On my quest to reconnect with my creativity, I sat down with a soul sister on this path of motherhood Kris Ward, who always sees the good in anything and was the one person I could go to when I was ready to get out of the coaching business because... she did it herself.  Her daughter’s VSD heart murmur was the catalyst for her to end her business to become a full-time mother - it terrified her. She’s curious, explored interior design first and now is studying to get her Doctorate in Therapy at night while she’s a full-time mama during the day of her two beautiful children.   We’re diving deep into Creating Aliveness, who we were before becoming a parent and after becoming a parent…  lowering expectations as a mother is good for type A personalities… what it's like to change careers and following the breadcrumbs to know what to embark on next… Oh and how dance parties are so fricken healing.  We laughed, we cried and got raw about the REAL struggles of life.   Buckle up, get ready for the wisdom nuggets… AND Thank you so much for listening & Remember this is your safe place to hear what other mamas who are just like YOU  do to stay connected to their creativity. Kris personally trained and certified 18 other wellness practitioners in her coaching method. She is currently working with only a handful of private clients as she pursues her Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
