In this ongoing series of short videos, academics from the University of Cambridge and beyond shed light on the key issues to be considered in the run up to the upcoming referendum on the UK's membership of the European Union. This video features Dr David Erdos, University Lecturer in Law and the Open Society, considering what impact the EU has had in the field of data protection, and how the law governing the storage and use of personal data might be affected by the outcome of the referendum on 23rd June.
