In this ongoing series of short videos, academics from the University of Cambridge and beyond shed light on the key issues to be considered in the run up to the upcoming referendum on the UK's membership of the European Union. In this video, Professor David Feldman describes the structure of law dictating fundamental rights in the UK, at international, supranational and domestic levels, and how they interrelate. He considers how human rights protections might be affected by the EU referendum, and discusses upcoming changes proposed by the government.
