In this ongoing series of short videos, academics from the University of Cambridge and beyond shed light on the key issues to be considered in the run up to the upcoming referendum on the UK's membership of the European Union. This video features Professor John Spencer, Emeritus Professor of Criminal Law and President of the European Criminal Law Association (ECLA(UK)), considering what the impact of Britain's membership of the EU has been on criminal law. He further discusses what each outcome of the vote might mean for the UK's ability to implement new laws, and enforce justice both inside and outside the UK.
