Today I had the special honor of speaking with Dino Karic, CEO and founder of WalQinn, a short term rental management company based out of Crotia that has 130 properties total, 45 being master lease and 85 managed. Dino's portfolio ranges across Europe in locations like Brussels, Vienna, Zagreb, Porec, Sofia, a couple other countries I can't pronounce as well as Costa Rica.
