With more than a decade worth of experience guiding women throughout their pregnancy journey and beyond, he is the co-owner of BUMP health in Sydney. A highly respected leader within the industry, Calum is also an educator who has successfully trained over 3,000 personal trainers, teaching his Fitness Australia accredited course “A Comprehensive Guide to Exercising Throughout Pregnancy and Beyond”. In this candid conversation, we discussed the importance of exercise during pregnancy and the role it plays in post-natal recovery.
