October 10th was National Mental Health day in the U.S.! In this podcast episode, I, @aichadiii, talk about the importance for us to get back in touch with feeling and expressing our emotions. I talk about the topic of vulnerability, in the hopes of adding to the discourse about making the word vulnerability have more of a positive meaning in society. I think that we all have a responsibility to try to be more sensitive to the emotions and worlds of other people around us. With that being said, I hope this episode impacts others to be more personal with each other and change the world with our positivity. Thank you all!
