Whenever you are presented with a duality, it is an over simplification. Politics never solved a chronic problem. It's not Yin or Yang, its the whole symbol. When you treat parts instead of the whole, you suffer. The innocence you lost is never truly lost. Symptoms are sacred messages to the body. Find your humanity again, and embodiment.
