I wish there was another word for journaling – because I know it sounds lame. Give me 13 mins of your time to convince you otherwise ! Believe me when I say – journaling is badass. It takes so much courage to actually go all in and capture your thoughts on paper. To get to the source of your emotions. After all  - isn’t everything we experience a projection of the mind?  Oh yes friends – you know I don’t come here to have polite conversation. I want to start soul shifting, life affirming, power stance producing conversations that punch you in the guts and knock the bullshit out of you. I want this for you because I know what life was like for me before I was willing to be honest, present and truthful with myself – and whats its like for me now that I have complete freedom to explore and expand and evolve as the biggest, brightest version of myself that I can become. Its black and white. Its asleep and wake.
