A Stutterer's motivation :

I am a stutterer,

With my voice being broken every unknown interval.

Even though people tease me for this,

I still have a strong armored heart,

Even capable of taking the biggest insult.

Even though I couldn't be clear

Of what I am saying,

Yet those who are close to my heart,

They know me well, and clear in what I say.

One person, a good friend of mine,

Asked me,

Not in a funny tone unexpectedly,

"You stutter, right? I notice it, yet I wouldn't say to you upto now; because that will injure your heart. But why this difficulty? Are you demotivated?"

I said, to him;

"No dear, it's just what others think.

Stuttering happens to someone,

But we can't trace easily in how it happened.

I stand tall, because I concentrate on my work,

Other than listening to taunts everyday.

Have you heard of the singer Scatman John, right?

He stuttered with his voice,

And many thought he couldn't sing properly.

Yet he sang superb songs

Even though with scat¹,

And they are loving,

And some of his songs have morale behind it.

You cannot just determine one's disabilities alone,

They can turn out to be a more powerful force,

If not the most powerful.

Because the world is all about being fit,

To the maximum;

And even though with this belief,

Still some have weak points."

After hearing it, my friend said;

"Yes, I know the meme superstar Scatman John,

But now I knew his life was hard,

Until he came into the limelight.

I know you will, and I support you fully.

And no stutter will shadow you down.

Not everyone has a heart to digest sad parts;

But one day, everyone will listen to your life,

Once you become great,

And voice isn't much required for you,

To explain how is life."

And these words from him were the ones, which have motivated me so much in my life.
