On this week’s episode we have a former Bethune-Cookman Baseball standout CJ Lauriello @turn_2_fitness. . On this episode we talk about what it was like for him growing up in Miami, FL and how the game of baseball has deep roots in his family. He talked about being able to play at a young age with such a talented group of which some went on to play in the major leagues @mlb. He went on to share he high school and Junior college success before ultimately deciding to play at Bethune - Cookman University. We also spoke about the challenges he faced with injuries and how they impacted his opportunity to play in the pros. Finally he discussed how he was able to overcome that disappointment and start a business that allows him to give back to young athletes.
