On this week’s episode we have a former professional basketball player and current George Mason University assistant coach Demetria Frank. On this episode we talk about what it was like for her growing up in Miami, FL and how she knew from a very early age that basketball would be apart of her future. We went on to discuss her journey through high school and why she decided to play at Bethune - Cookman University. We also spoke about the culture at an HBCU and how it has had a lasting impact on her. She went on to share how she made it to the pro level and how she use those experiences to help guide the players she coaches. Finally, she spoke about preparing for life after the game ends and understanding you are more than athlete. Tune in for a tremendous episode full of insights about basketball and life as a whole.
