Joe ended up spending time in jail, after his ex-wife, who was set to lose custody of their son, filed a false police report. Local officials likely were motivated to go after Joe due to his mask mandate suits. Joe became a political prisoner. Joe is not backing down and has filed a notice of claim, notifying several parties of an incoming lawsuit in 60 days.
