Welcome to the Good Life Property Management podcast! I’m your host, Steve Welty. This is a show for property management entrepreneurs who want to build not only great business, but also great lives. I’m here to help you gain the freedom to live life on your own terms while creating a positive impact in the world. Please check out Steve Welty's Music! Today I have Jason Goldberg on my show. He is the edutainer and business training coach at Be Competition Proof. Jason started his career over 15 years ago in technology working as a managed service provider and several different start-ups. He learned that creating contributions to others was the difference between making his business work and making his business flourish. Jason has transformed his life in the past four years and has learned through experience the importance of being mindful and present and how to bring these into the start of your day to increase your energy and your business mindset. Everything is interconnected and we have to make time for all of the areas of our lives. Jason speaks about gratitude versus fascination and how events line up in the universe. I talk with Jason about his early years, how he went through and overcame physical and emotional challenges, the way he radically changed his mindset and how these changes culminated to the person he is today and how this applies to running his successful business in Los Angeles.   In This Episode: [01:23] The difference between Jason when we met four years ago and today.
