This week on Forget Me Not - the incredibly emotional 4th episode of Star Trek Discovery - the USS Discovery heads for the Trill home world!  When they arrive, Burnham and Adira go to the surface to see if the Trill can help them unlock Tals past hosts memories.  After a very awkward first encounter with the Trill, Adira is brought to the Caves of Mak'ala in the hope of joining the Circle! Meanwhile, back on the ship, Saru is trying to think of a way to help his crew unwind.  He decides on inviting his senior staff to dinner, but it backfires when the stress and tension that everyone - especially Detmer - is feeling boils over!
