Lesson 5 - Guarding Our Hearts from False Messages As you become aware of what is within you heart, you will realize that there were points at which your guard was down and your heart has been greatly impacted by false messages. Some of these messages created a narrative that we may have written as children, which lodged in our brain and continue to impact our choices well into adulthood. We also create new narratives, patterns of thinking, that we develop from messages all around us. In this lesson we will explore the impact of narratives on our lives and relationships.
