Jesus: Our Rescuer Seeking or searching for the Truth: Natural law Economic Law: (Numerous scriptural verses on financial guidance) Political and socio-law Moral laws  Scientific laws Spiritual Laws: In a sense, the spiritual cuts across all other laws as we shall see. Genesis 2:15   Exodus 24:3 Interesting reading from Exodus 20-24 Choices have consequences. What happens when these laws are broken: Here, I would like to outline the consequences of each  Economic Law:    Socio-political laws :  Moral laws:    Spiritual Laws:    This law of life can be put into the form of a question:. . . How did we get here? Why are we here? “How can we get back into a right relationship with God?”. Or back to the time when God said, “everything was  very good”.  Genesis 3: 1  We are all captives to sin When we break the commandment of God, our greatest problem is - a SIN against God. Deliberate, defiant choices made by the first Adam on earth served as roots to choices that would be made by sinners of future generations, all of whom would be judged by the same criteria: James 2:10  “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. Romans 6:23(a) 'the wages of sin is death" God created mankind for an incredible existence, but we blew it. If we continue to walk in that direction, we can never inherit eternal life with God . There can only be one just consequence - separation from God or “spiritual death”. The only way out is to admit that we need help! Should we now turn to ourselves? No? Romans 3 : 10  “There is none righteous, no, not even one.” Romans 3 : 23“All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Should we call on good men of the Bile when we sin? Jerusalem’s Judgment Inescapable. ( Jeremiah 15 and Ezekiel 14) The Lord told the Israelites through both Jeremiah and Ezekiel that a few good men cannot save them from diseases or death . “Is there someone who can and will help us . . . who is willing to rescue the perishing . . . who will care for the dying? “Yes, there is” - Romans 5:6-11 . . . God knew that humanity has blown it (Remember the Fall?)  and, in His love, made a Way for lost humanity to return to His favor. Romans 6:23(b) "but the gift of god is eternal life" Romans 5:6-11 "  Separation requires  . . . reconciliation. Right relationship with God requires…restoration. We needed to stand before God forgiven . . . Justified. Just as if we had never sinned . . . righteous. Only Jesus provides hope for our sins; Christ was sinless. II Cor 5:2 I Peter 3:18; (2:24) Our sins were placed on him... Heb 11:6 - Without faith... John 1: 12 - For as many as ...
