(Romans 5:3-4 NLT) We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. 4 And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. (2 Corinthians 4:17 NIV) For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. Just in Case (Psalm 91:1-2 NIV) Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” (Psalm 91:9-10 NLT) If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, 10 no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home. (Proverbs 18:10 ESV) The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe. Full Draw (John 6:44 ESV) No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day. (John 12:32 TLB) And when I am lifted up on the cross, I will draw everyone to me.
