We're back for our 4th season of covering Hawkeye football! And to help kick off our year, Beau, Dylan, and Rob welcome special guest Leah Vann, beat writer for the Cedar Rapids Gazette covering the Iowa Hawkeye Football team! Originally from Aledo, TX, Leah broke the mold, becoming the first female beat writer to cover the Hawkeyes from the CR Gazette in January 2021, and has since written over 123 articles covering all the buzz, hype and everything you'd want to know about the Iowa Hawkeyes football team. She also hosts the On Iowa podcast, and appears on weekly radio shows in the Eastern Iowa region to talk about Iowa Football. We had a blast talking to her about her experience as a reporter covering the Hawkeyes, and we were able to listen to her key insights about the current Iowa Depth chart and how the team might fare this season.
