Catch up on this Challenge later. ?Complete your 5x5x5 for the day ? Do a Facebook Live ? and share your story. Be authentic. Share where you where before you started this journey. What has changed in the small amount of time that you have been on program. Share with vulnerability and heart WHY you are coaching and who you are looking to help. Why are you paying this forward? (This will help you get really good at knowing your story and sharing it with others!) ? (Optional but Not) pick up Skill with People by Les Giblin. Ask them if they know of anyone who may be looking for better health to send them your way (watch, catch and CHANGE the #CHATTER that might spring up from this. Use all the mindfulness training we've been providing. "Is this thought serving you? Is this an above the line thought? Are you in GROWTH mindset or LACK mindset? Is this thought helping you move closer or further away from your goal... If you're going to create a story that doesn't serve you, change it into a story that DOES serve you. #DIA. Practice and take action) ?3 video texts of gratitude ? Reach out to 2 potential coaches of your list, call, video message, text, or meet in person and tell the WHY you think coaching would benefit them and explain WHY you think they’d make a great coach. Tell them that you TRULY do think it would be amazing for them and that they should look into it at minimum then and ASK them if they’d be open to EXPLORING it. Once they say yes send them a TRILOGY video (ask your support team) AND set up a time to have a conversation and answer their questions about it. If they say “not yet” then keep their name on the list and keep building relationship with them.
