Billy Ruehlmann and Kenzie Douglas are fitness coaches, content creators, and speakers who help busy men and women transform their bodies and create sustainable healthy lifestyles. Well known across the fitness industry, they have helped over 1500 individuals all over the world lose weight and keep it off through simple and tactical strategies without having to give up their favorite foods or social life. Billy, a college dropout who struggled to find his path early in life, battling with substance abuse, his weight, and his own self-worth led him to rock bottom at the age of 23. Shortly thereafter he experienced a huge shift after attending a personal growth event and taking control of his life, his health, and his mission. That led him to meet Kenzie, on their own respective fitness journeys. Kenzie was an elementary school teacher and a group exercise instructor also on her own path to self-love and fulfillment. In 2016, Billy and Kenzie founded Aspire To Inspire Fitness, an online coaching company that has since gone on to transform the bodies, minds, and lives of those they have worked with. Today they have helped clients lose an upwards of 150+ pounds in a year, run half marathons, step on bodybuilding stages, mend relationships and truly take control of their life.
