Tom Stelly transformed a piece of land that once was filled with burnt sawdust into a beautiful permaculture haven. He didn't stop there, once the property had transformed he then invited people old and young to live as a community with a dance hall being the epicentre of this beautiful paradise. He describes the hardships of converting this piece of land and interesting concepts about land human relationships.
