The cops were called when 18-year-old Brenden Graves was honking his horn in a hotel parking lot at 4:30 in the morning. When Officers arrived, Brenden led them on a high speed chase. He managed to dodge them but they found him a few hours later in a different town...on the roof of someone else's garage...wearing only his underwear. Huh?
