A lot of prognosticators are talking about how the Rockets are going to be worse (in some cases, a lot worse) this year...in August. Are they right? Also, Roberto Osuna is an Astro and I'm annoyed at the Astros because of it. Jeff Balke is a writer for Houstonia Magazine, the Houston Press and appears weekly to talk sports on Houston Public Media's Houston Matters. He is also the co-author of the Houston Rockets 50th Anniversary history book.
