Americans have never had so many tools to communicate with one another. Yet, so much of our country remains divided. And the heart of that divide appears to our failure to communicate with each other—or to communicate with those with different opinions. It's easy to sit on a favorite facebook page and congratulate each other for having the same viewpoint about schools, police, the presidency or whatever. It’s so much more difficult to talk to someone with opposing views.
