Gone are the days when "Customer is King" used to be the mantra. I believe that even customers, no matter who they are, need ethics! The world does not revolve around only certain kinds of people and the world of business is one where a customer and a business owner both have an important, co-dependent role to play in each other's lives. But, having said that, some business owners do find it difficult to say NO to things that they feel are unfair for their business or to things that are unfair demands that their customers put up. In this episode of Business Hangout, we look at the reasons why this happens and find techniques to challenge this notion and make saying 'NO' an okay and acceptable thing to do wherever applicable!
