While she originally wanted to work for the FBI, she found herself drawn to staying in the sports world working with sports institutions and organizations on their businesses. After completing her Masters, Eva took on her first management role with Rugby Canada as the Associate Director of High-Performance Women’s Rugby and National Rugby Development Officer.
