For those who make cocktails often, it’s the Avallen take on the Bee’s Knees but invented by the Queen Bee herself, Stephanie Jordan. INGREDIENTS 30ml Avallen⠀ A teaspoon of your local Honey⠀ 1 dash orange bitters⠀ Top with Champagne METHOD Add ingredients (except the champagne) to a cocktail glass (martini/coupe style), Stir with a teaspoon until the honey has dissolved.
