Blazen Systems: Holistic Mental Training For The High Performer

Education

In this episode, I got to interview my dear friend Samuel Teresi. Samuel is a private personal trainer in Los Angeles and has been working in the health and fitness industry for three years now. He enjoys working with clients of all ages and at any level of experience. Samuel specializes in strength training, weight loss, and active recovery.  His focus for all his clients is to work hard, play hard, don’t cheat yourself and most of all enjoy the process! He is a certified personal trainer through the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers and is a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist. Samuel and I met almost four years ago working in a restaurant here in Los Angeles. We got into all things about tips for new personal trainers on how to start enhancing their skills and knowledge, the importance of being open-minded so you can grow in your career, how to notice your self-sabotaging patterns, ways to navigate self-sabotage, and so much more.
