Clay (short for Claytonious) is the lead pastor of Buckhead Church in Atlanta, GA, which was ranked by Outreach Magazine in 2016 as the largest church in America, Buckhead Church averages over 9,000 people weekly. Clay provides visionary and directional leadership for all of the local church staff and congregation in Atlanta. He has written a couple book, one being titled, How to Lead When you're not in Charget (the title of this episode). He lives in Atlanta Georgia, with his wife, Jenny, and his five "lively" children, Lucy, Jake, Sally, Cooper and Whit.
